We are a group of engineering companies engaged in the design and manufacture of precision machined auto components and assemblies since 1989. With production facilities in Hyderabad and Bangalore, our product list includes gear box housings, under bracket assemblies, aircraft components and other precision machined components. Our management philosophy underlines our relentless efforts towards zero defects and our strong business ethics.
Leadership
Our Managing Director Mr.N.V.Aswathanarayana secured his M.Tech from IIT Mumbai. After working in the Special Purpose Machine Division of HMT Limited for over 22 years, he started the group of companies. He has been instrumental in developing a strong engineering base for the group. He is backed by an able team of in-house design and engineering personnel across all locations.
Our Director Mr. Deepak Narsipur secured his M.S from New Mexico State University (USA). After working in the US for 14 years, he returned to India in 2005 to join the group. He focuses on improving internal processes and systems; as well as on new business initiatives.
Besides the Directors, we have qualified professionals at all our units, manning QA, Manufacturing, Materials and Finance.
Our unique manufacturing method
Our method involves a combination of CNC Machines and Special Purpose Machines with flexibility. This ensures high production rates, consistent quality, quick changeover time and competitive rates. Our ability to design and build sophisticated machine tools, particularly Special Purpose Machines, helps us build optimized manufacturing lines based on Cell Concepts, employing a judicious mixture of CNC Machines and Special Purpose Machines. All companies are ISO 9001-2000 certified units.
